Hoya erythrina x Hoya caudata

Origin: This beautiful hybrid originated from Vietnam. While detailed information about this hybrid is still emerging, I can share my personal findings from growing these plants in my greenhouses.

Growth Characteristics:

• Bright Environment: When grown in bright light, the leaves transform into a stunning maroon color with rigid and prominent veins.
• Hot Environment (over 90°F): Ensure consistent watering. Although the plant prefers to dry out between waterings, do not let it stay dry for too long, as this can cause edema or discoloration due to burst cells. This is purely cosmetic and does not affect the plant’s health.
• Shaded Environment: In shaded areas, the leaves grow larger with dark green, beautiful foliage. However, the leaves may lose some rigidity, and the veins might not be as prominent or may not appear at all.
