No need to repot your new plant right away! Give it about 10-14 days to settle in before repotting.

Absolutely! We won't include prices in the box. Just make sure the shipping address is correct and add any special instructions in the order notes.

Most of our plants travel safely in custom-made boxes. For larger plants, we use a protective foam sleeve.

We're happy to help with plant care advice, even if you didn't buy the plant from us! Feel free to reach out anytime.

You can choose "pickup" at checkout and skip the shipping fee. We'll send you details on how to schedule your pickup.

Once your order ships, you'll get a tracking number. You can use that to follow your plant's journey to your doorstep.

Our plant babies are delicate, so we hold off on shipping when it's too cold. Don't worry, we'll let your plant vacation until the weather is perfect for travel.
